Designed to work with you at your pace to help reset and realign unhelpful habits that are keeping you stuck. Change the relationship that you have with alcohol or drugs to increase your overall health and wellbeing. Getting to know you and building a plan is included in this Reset and Realign package. Clincally guided by a qualified speaclist working together with a wellbeing coach. You will have access to your own private counselling and family support. Building strategies and skills that are designed to meet your particular needs. Your Wellbeing Coach is there to guide, support and offer advice to help you succeed in meeting your goals. You will also have access to many workshops and other helpful resources as well as our online self reflection mobile phone App. This service is available over a maximum of 6 weeks, with 3 month and 6 month follow up to see how you are going and if we can provide any further support.
