Clincally guided by a qualified speaclist working together with a wellbeing coach. You will have access to your own private counselling and family support. Building strategies and skills that are designed to meet your particular needs. Your Wellbeing Coach is there to guide, support and offer advice to help you succeed in meeting your goals. You will also have access to many workshops and other helpful resources as well as our online self reflection mobile phone App. This service is available over a maximum of 8 weeks, with 3 month and 6 month follow up to see how you are going and if we can provide any further support.
