Peer Support

Everyone who accesses our PIVOT service is assigned a Wellbeing Coach. These peer support workers each have their own lived experience of problematic substance use, giving them a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those looking to make a change.

Wellbeing Coaches often have more contact with our clients than their counsellor, and can provide many different kinds of support, from talking them through tough moments and helping them put principles into practice, to strategising with them around dealing with challenging situations.

Whānau Support

Groups and information offered to whānau so that they are able to understand and support their loved one in their wellbeing journey.

Virtual Support

Let us know if you are interested in virtual sessions. We are also introducing an app that will allow you to track your own progress.
