Package Details

Drug & Alcohol Assessment – $290

Meeting with a Clinical Practitioner to further explore how we can help and develop recommended next steps tailored to your specific circumstances. In some circumstances you will receive a written report outlining your particular needs, strengths and challenges and a recommended support plan. Typically the plan will include one or more of our bespoke support packages depending on your situation. 

Casual Appointment – $145

Discrete and easy individual counselling session with a registered drug and alcohol practitioner for guidance and practical strategies to manage usage. 

3 weeks – $1,080 (20 hours)

The 3 weeks plan is short and sharp package, designed for people requiring a light touch. Clinically guided by a qualified specialist working together with a wellbeing coach. You will have access to your own private counselling and family support. Building strategies and skills that are designed to meet your particular needs. Your Wellbeing Coach is there to guide, support and offer advice to help you succeed in meeting your goals. You will also have access to many workshops and other helpful resources. This service is available for a maximum of 3 weeks, with 3 month and 6 month follow up phone calls to see how you are going and if we can provide any further support.

Includes Drug & Alcohol Assessment.

6 weeks – $1,599(37 hours)

Designed to work with you at your pace to help reset and realign unhelpful habits that are keeping you stuck. Change the relationship that you have with alcohol or drugs to increase your overall health and wellbeing. Clinically guided by a registered drug & alcohol practitioner working together with a wellbeing coach. You will have access to your own private counselling and family support. Building strategies and skills that are designed to meet your particular needs. Your Wellbeing Coach is there to guide, support and offer advice to help you succeed in meeting your goals. You will also have access to many workshops and other helpful resources. This service is available over a maximum of 6 weeks, with 3 month and 6 month follow up to see how you are going and if we can provide any further support.

8 weeks – $1,980(50 hours)

Work at your own pace and with the step by step support and guidance from your PIVOT team you will find new ways to manage the ups and downs of life. Discover your new you, become the best version of yourself and rebuild a healthier and more balanced relationship with alcohol and drugs.

Individual Counselling

1:1 drug & alcohol counselling sessions offered both in person as well as through a telehealth video platform.

Workshops

Delivered in person and virtually, participants will have the opportunity to attend groups that offer psycho-education about effects of alcohol or other drugs, as well as skill building and functional guidance on maintaining wellbeing.

Peer Support

Everyone who accesses our PIVOT service is assigned a Wellbeing Coach. These peer support workers each have their own lived experience of problematic substance use, giving them a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those looking to make a change.

Wellbeing Coaches often have more contact with our clients than their counsellor, and can provide many different kinds of support, from talking them through tough moments and helping them put principles into practice, to strategising with them around dealing with challenging situations.

Whānau Support

Groups and information offered to whānau so that they are able to understand and support their loved one in their wellbeing journey.

Virtual Support

Let us know if you are interested in virtual sessions. We can support you via online face to face meeting.

Aftercare/ post-treatment supports

Former clients will receive follow up and check ins, and are always welcome to request additional support.

Yes, PIVOT is a comprehensive Drug and Alcohol and wellbeing service. We provide support for individuals who are experiencing harm from their drug and alcohol use and our goal is to empower and support individuals in improving their overall wellbeing.

How is PIVOT different from traditional addiction treatment services?

The PIVOT service takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, focusing on personalised support and addressing the specific challenges individuals face. We provide a non-judgmental and inclusive environment using the Te Whare Tapa Whā model of wellbeing, to find ways to help improve your overall health and wellbeing and enhance your mana. At PIVOT, your personalised support team is made up of a Wellbeing Practitioner AND a Wellbeing Coach, both working together with you to support you to achieve your goals.

How long does my involvement with PIVOT last?

The amount of time spent with PIVOT will be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. Former clients will received follow up and check ins, and are always welcome to enroll in another package of support.
